For
Her2neu antibody, we have switched our vendor from Ventana to
Dako because the antibody from Dako produces more consistent result
and is less expensive.
I
have re-uploaded the requisition form that are converted from
the word document from Adobe converter instead of a 3rd party
software. MAc users should now be able to open up the form without
all the scrambling from their browser. If you still have problem,
please let me know. In addition, per Dr. Winokur's request, I
have the pharse "For use by UAB Department of Pathology only"
at the bottom of the requisition form.
I
am going to be out of office from Aug 22nd to Aug 26th. Dr. Walter
Bell has agreed to be the acting Director in my absence.
