- Directs all aspects of financial operations of the
department, including:
- the areas of budgets
- federal grants and contracts
- financial projections
- equipment/facilities management
- cash management/investments
- Acts as liaison to other departments, agencies
- Participates in various special committees throughout
the University system
- Functions effectively with senior management team
to manage the department and provide advice and assistance to the
chair
- Directs all aspects of Human Resources at the Department
level
